In Memoriam

In Memoriam

A Poem by Harlotte Crow
"

This is a tribute to myself because I didn't quite feel well this morning and I have a morbid sense of humour.

"
On this cloudy morn
The rain did pour
A throat filled with joy
Cried with lament

In the fits of sorrow
A lowly sparrow
Found bloody murder
Flew away upset.

From the hand he was fed
Was cold and dead
Yet still sang a song
Of pain and resent

In memoriam to her
Hail to she
Song birds sing dirges
In perfect harmony
