Handwriting on the WallA Poem by hardluckbabythere are hundreds of ways and chances to connect you to the love of your life, but it just doesn't happen. written 2 days before i met mine. talk about serendipity :)
I think I saw you somewhere, but I can't recall
Or maybe I was too blinded then With a love not meant for me. But now it's like I need to know you And I need to know you bad. 'Cause you're like a fate that I have to choose An option made by kismet. And though I had my chances And you had yours as well, We each have our own lives to live Things to do, places to be. I still have lessons to learn Maybe you have some too, There's no need to rush, my dear. Time may cheat, but I will be true Just wait for the perfect setting Then I will seek you. And if magic happens, If ever I look at you and feel again What was taken from me before, If ever you long for me even just a bit, I'll be right beside you, and you'll call The place where you stand Your home, sweet home. And you won't be walked out on, ever again. © 2011 hardluckbaby |
