Umeed (Hindi)

Aankhe jhankti hai, jigyasavash,
wo jo nishchal hai, nirmal hai,
manobhavo ki mon swikriti ko deta hai,
umeed purantaa ki,,
Tute hue kshno ki kshtipurti ka aabhas bhar
gehraate man ko bharta ha rango se
Ki sabse satvik man bhi kabhi na kabhi to,
talaashta hoga ek tasmik jism,
Nhi ye koi partispardha nhi,
Na hi ye ghat raha ha paristhiti-vash
parinaam ha ye uss divyaswapn ka
Jo ytharth k tute khahndro me talaash raha ha,,
Sunehare kal ko,
har ek bikhre hue sehme pal se,,
sahej kar uss gyaan ko
Jo poonji hai kshan-bhangur jeevan ki,
saaransh yahi ha us gyaan ka
mai snway hi umeed hu snway k liye

Do you do the English translation? I don’t know Hindi; sorry. I’d recommend a picture of the poem in the native language font, followed by the text of the English translation for this site.

Bhut acche... but yes I agree with Avinash about the hindi fonts.... but i can understand the problem relating to use of hindi fonts... but this is really a very well written poem...

Its very beautiful Hardeep. One request is there that please publish hindi poems in Devnagri. Their English pronunciation take away much of their beauty. Side by side you can publish their English translation for the global audience.
