The B*****d Truth

The B*****d Truth

A Poem by hardeep sabharwal

I buried all the b*****d Truth,
That are banished,
Being a cowered, the only idea,
That came to my pompous mind,
To cultivate this b*****d,
The legitimate politics and,
Marketing MBA media,,
That can sell even,
Your sorrows, your tears,
Your love, your rapes,
Your starving stomachs,
Your acid burned faces,
Your livers, your kidneys,
Your aborted wombs,
Your bribes, your corruption,,
Your hopes, your failures,,
And even your souls,,
So I thought to bury the soul,
And to utter astonishment,
Souls have no objections of being buried,
Under earth is a better place,
As being blind is better than to act blinds,
It does not matters,,
Look, look, it happens,
Yes, it does not matter to us,,
But when a time will come,
And it will matter us!!
We will already become only a matter,
The b*****d matter.

"And to utter astonishment,

I truly like the poem, especially these lines. The truth of society, politics and us portrayed efficiently.

A small edit, it should be "all the b*****d Truths" instead of "all the b*****d Truth" in the first line.

Keep writing mate.

The intricate relationship in between ideals and reality is one destined for collapse or collapsing or collide or colliding. At some point the lack of ideals will bring about frustration. Nowadays in a world were capitalism is religion and the most adopted form of happyness through consumerisms where have the ideals gone? I guess if you buy one you can get one for free then. So capitalism the b*****d child of economical thruth. Indeed it is yet when peace sold who boughtt it? So not even at the level of capitalsim ideals can win. Economy found it b*****d creation through greed and aquisition and it gave way to Anarcho - Capitalism. "In the wake of our existence, in our parades and in our dances;
touch, see and behold the wisdom of the party program. Essential in our lifetime and irresistible in our touch, the great spirits proclaim that capitalism is indeed organized crime and we are all the victims."

Thankyou

Everything is up for sale these days. We can no longer look at the world and expect good things. We have to find our inner light which stays alive in all turbulence of greed, hatred and selfishness. It is great comment on our times. The pain and outrage shows very clearly and powerfully in your words, Hardeep.

A biting conviction of politics, society, and people's own complacency.
