Love

Love

A Poem by hardeep sabharwal
"

Yearning for love

"
What should I do now, unknowingly
I have loved you and it is the only flaw,
That is present in my sketch,
Once I met and beguiled myself,
Everyday, every hour and in each passing
minute, I yearned you to be in me,
Unable to see the existential self, I
twisted and moulded again the rationality,
Ever I now that you are not for me,
You are not able, nothing you can offer me,
No fascinations what about charms, but
I made an orbit and started revolving you,
you flinched and cover thyself with principles,
Principles, I laughed, I need them spiritually
But not biologically, but who wants to be
Divine instead of materialistic
You flung and I become cold, I questioned
What worth is all this, It is not love,
Love is not in achievement, it is in sacrifice,
love is everywhere, no need to find it,
It is in humanity, it is in almighty
Love them all and be a part of love,
But what should I do of this soul
And flesh also, who are avarising
Not for humanity, not for almighty,
But for you to be in me

I enjoy this poem because it blends well the concepts of love and philosophy. It's simply different -
the style of writing is a bit erratic and the poem emanates an air of insanity. Personally I relate to this, so I couldn't resist.

Good job, mate :)
