Barriers

Barriers

A Poem by HappySad

Breaking down a self made barrier.

Disliking the unnecessary destruction.

Rebuilding the brick walls.

Dealing with my constant self induction.

I know this living turntable never trips.

But it being a broken record, only makes it scarier.

I liked how you made the reader understand your thoughts in the poetry. Using the turntable and broken record to make the emotion felt. Self-made barrier are the hardest to brake down. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts.
