Aqueous PhoenixA Poem by Madame MystiqueWater is a source of life :)Aqueous Phoenix
Hellish had been the day She was fed up with humanity Not another minute she wanted to stay. Fleeting from sources of oppression Good heavens where would she go? She would die of mental repression. She ran so quick and so far She didn’t notice at all Looking up to find the moon and continuous stars. Aeolic vibrant children running along the high grass Nature enfolding her with care Stress began to fade and pass. Discovering a stream with white lotus No time to strip just dive and soak She became that night an aqueous phoenix. *Aeolic= Related to the wind :) © 2011 Madame Mystique |
