A Thousand Tiny Little ThingsA Poem by New Dawn
A thousand tiny little things have settled on your mind, each no bigger than the smallest of molecules and yet how they weigh... weigh so heavily, they have dragged you to the murky depths, and entangled your heart.
A thousand tiny little things have attached themselves 'barnacles of the soul.' Let us wash them off one by one, set them adrift and watch them disintegrate into nothingness. Only then might you be free to kick your legs and break the surface and breathe the precious air once more. © 2012 New DawnReviews
