to glimpse into my mind

and judge my sanity

through a simple collection of words.

Don't think you know me,

I am far too clever to allow

my true feelings

to fall upon the page,

I have seen this happening to me this.... "Private Poetry - Keep out!" that each day I am learning to enjoy it.
someone called me DUH! for I told her what I felt about her poem, another when she thought I hated her as a joke etc etc.
another one just blocked me out from reading and commenting.

For me poetry is freedom to express ones true thoughts about others poetry and let others do the same for your poetry.
...and nothing beyond....lol.

we are all voyeurs, some more or less intrusive than others...the more powerful your message the more alluring it becomes to the individual, depending upon their idiosyncrasies and/or perversions. this is a clever write, nice piece!

Love the fact that the title brought me right here! What does that say about my willingness to overcome curiosity with discipline? This was wonderful. Written as an accusation and yet felt as if it was coming from my own mouth. I will be gone now, but only to other works of yours. So there. :/

thanks - this came from a discussion with my nephew about how I hate my family to read what i write but still post my stuff for strangers to see. Just a bit of fun but glad you liked it.
