I’m sitting here paralyzed from shock

When your only reply is sorry I guess I was wrong

It’s not fair the pain your putting me through

While you’re with your friends having a good time

I’m usually good about seeing through people

But this time my vision got a little blurry

You hide yours pretty well

Need a microscope to see it

 

I told you secrets no one else knew

Thinking I could trust you to keep them safe

I asked only one simple thing from you

But I guess it was too much for you to do

Just tell me why you couldn’t have been honest from the start

I told you I already had a broken heart

 

I told you who I am

And that night I just wasn’t me

So who do you think you are

Playing me like an old beat up guitar

You seemed to take advantage of a girl in distress

I believed all your lies you spoke to me

And now I’m paying for the consequences

For ever thinking that they were all true

That's pretty cool. Written like a song. I suppose that was your intention? I can't stand liars either. Girls go out wi me and they're so afraid I'm lyin to them cause their ex did. They don't get that there still might b truthful guys in the world because they've been duped too many times. Guys shouldn't lie. Girls shouldn't lie. Nobody should.
