Tomorrow

Tomorrow

A Poem by The Lady Anasteja
"

Eyes open

"

apprehension dwells ceasing promise

familiar concept -

likely recurrence

bonded chains of constriction - absent remedy

arm in arm with chance

emancipate trepidation

gardens bloom despite the drought

welcome

So little words, but so many at the same time. This is a lovely piece of writing, you wrote it very well. It is short, sweet, but not simple. Very good!

This reminds me of the adventure we take every day. We're still here in the midst of battle. Trepidation surrounds us, but we must still notice that life continues... I liked this. Nice write, A!

"gardens bloom despite the drought "
I love that...and it's so true. We don't always have a remedy do we? Yet sometimes it is out of our control...and things happen anyway.
I have no idea...if that is close to what you meant with this piece...but what I love about your writing is it (as I've said before) ...really leaves me with a feeling.

I've been thinking a lot about this piece and working out certain segments in my head and my conclusions reached are to much to express in comments nor could I really transcribe my thought proccess to words regardless. You're writting really makes one think. well done.
