The flight of happiness

The flight of happiness

A Story by Erik Hirsch
"

When I fell in love it felt like this

"

At peace I sing my heart's song in all the numberless days of my life. I am in love with you from my darkest day to my forever bright nights. I admire the young as well as the old as forever my heart beats in tune with yours.

The burning of wood warms my body as the smile upon your face warms my soul from one wall to the next. My spy tells no secrets yet sends me to the heavens above to see her adoration in the mysterious ways.

The music of her heart reaches my ears as the sunlight carries warmth to all.

I fly and decend to the tree where I spy the love she sends to me I again take to the wind and take flight and see the light that I often barely see yet I know is there, it takes time but my fire and strength grows when I get to her.

I find the patience and courage to keep going, the choice is crystal clear when I see trouble ahead you are my redemption, high on life I go and you cross into my mind as though the feeling of warmth will never fade, forever flying in my dreams time buries my hatred of self and I glide into your arms with happiness.
