When you feel like giving up

Because it seems like a lost cause

Remember how it felt to be on top

Hold on to that magical feeling

 

Life isn’t gift wrapped and handed to you

It doesn’t come in convenient packages

You have to take it one day at a time

And be grateful for everything you have

 

When the world tries to push you around

When bad news brings you down

Remember it only gets better from here

The stars aren’t as far away as they seem

 

When you’re on the verge of a breakdown

Hold out for the next breakthrough

Follow the light to the end of the tunnel

Because the reward is worth the journey
