good bye 2012

well, we are so close to say good bye to " 2012"
its a year , that wasn't my favorite at all
yes I am grateful for the good times , and
the wonderful things that happened ..
but unfortunately most of it was dark and painful ...

it smelt death and grieve
tears and pains
sorrow and disappointments
we realized that life is too short to waste ....
and we have to hold tight our faith
we have to believe in peace and dignity more and more
its a values that should be passed from generation to generation

in this year there was so much blood and bodies ..
it was awful , worst than nightmares !

my wish from the bottom of my heart ,that the next year
would be way better
full of love and peace and faith...

Nice. I felt same this year. 2012 is gone now and there is little time left to cry over what you call as

I do not make new year wishes for I like to welcome the uncertain change rather that planning out or hoping for betterment.

I love the hope in this poem amidst a volley of pain. Personally I think 2012 wasn't that great, so lets look forward to the new year! Hope the world is a better place:)

first, this is really well penned. second, for me, i dont think the same way, i cant say this year was good or bad simply because i can understand that calenders are man-made so for me, life is a series of events which we face due to our fate..
what you think was painful, may have the good for you. if a relation was broken, you would feel the pain but if you know that this partner was cheating or dishonest, you would feel happy it was broken...
