Tears

Tears

A Poem by ForTheWorld

Tears are sweeter than smiles
for it symbolizes love
not to everyone nor to everything
but to someone who is special

words are never been enough
to tell you i love you
words are never been enough
to tell you how much i really do

If i could just ask cupid
to shoot you with his magical arrow
i'll sail the whole world
just to catch him

if i could just
i will do it
even if it cost my life
for i love you

You are most welcome.
This is definitely something I could relate to. As Wolf mentioned, I'm not too clear as to why the use of the word "are". Could have been a typo or you may be onto something we aren't getting/seeing. That's really the only thing that was a little off to me. Keep at it!

A very sad poem. I found in reading though there was a bit of an off-center feel. Wasn't sure if you purposefully used "are" in the lines "words are never been enough" as if you were emphasizing the feeling of being in a lose but I would suggest maybe reworking that. Try using the physical structure of the poem as well...that might help in the phrasing of the poem to give it a more jagged feel or flow. This has some potential. I would really like to see what you do with it if you were to make some changes. Keep working!
