Fireflies

...even the smallest insect in the world can be a snake to everybody around it...don't trust its physical appearance...

     She silently walks into the darkness, to follow that flying object glowing in the sky; securing her every step when she reached the dark forest. She stopped when the fireflies stopped on the view that really amazed her. Glowing tree? No it's not, it's really a tree surrounded by many flying objects she'd seen and followed a while ago. Now, she sees them perfectly beautiful when they're flying in a light posse. She them proved to herself that it was firefly that she saw, it was the beautiful and flying object she'd followed.
     She sat on one of the moist rock. It was few inches away from the cliff and she can barely fall in one wrong move but, she doesn't care; the beautiful scene was enough to comfort her and to tell her that she was safe. She watch them silently  until suddenly, one firefly come to her. She curiously lift her hand on the softest and most caring way that she can- afraid of loosing the chance to take a look it some distance away from her eyes. The firefly landed on her one finger then, she slowly pull her hand closer to her face but, still with care. She seen the view now inches away from her face then, it all suddenly went upside down. The quiet firefly she thought was sleeping suddenly fled away from her. Being not contented to watch it flying away, she tried to follow it again recklessly that cause a very loud scream- birds fled away into the darkness and the fireflies is slowly disappearing in the midst air then, silent. Silent for the sun is slowly rising to start a new day and silent for another life taken by the dark forest.

never ever trust a person base on his/ her physical appearance... cause sometimes befriending him/ her is the way to know that you can trust him/her...
