Q&A

A Poem by h1ghstrung

Question: You were in the Army?

Answer:
I served.
I bled.
I trained.
I served.

Question: What was it like?

Answer:
Pain-wrenching heart ache.
You are nothing!
You are lower than the slime a snail leaves
You are pathetic

But we will teach you,
Build you better.
You are invincible!
You will not die!

If you die it doesn't matter.
Take one down with you.
Blood makes the grass grow green.

Question: Was it hard?
Answer: It's like being punched in the face, and smiling.
