how you will

how you will

A Poem by H.
"

which would you rather feel?

"

twittling his thumbs
the wayward sat
stone silent
against the marble
wall

too wandered-out lost
in a pillar
of thought
about fire
to notice he
was on it.

take this how
you will
but he never
once screamed.

Too lost to see he's ablaze with the thoughts he's been looking for? I like this one.

About
I've thrown away the map, but can't let go of the wheel. I'm a musician. I've been writing poetry for much longer than I've been playing, so it's odd I consider myself as such first and foremost. .. more..
