More than a window, less than a wordA Chapter by Samuel Ferris
I am more than window.
More than a thin transparent sheet of glass finally showing signs of liquidity after years stillness, years of allowing light to pass through me, un-impeded, unbent and unaffected. I am less than a word, with less power to bend the minds and thoughts of those who share the vibrating air. I am in-unutterable and would be unable to seed the air with a single thought if not for the agreement upon the meaning and the alchemy of transforming air into a lexicon of words. We have agreed to be one: imperfect, flowing, speaking mass, absorbing light and affecting as much as we can. I have dabbled in the essence of your being You have dabbled in the essence of my being and become more more than a window and more than a word. We are the fusing atom and exploding light of a language; an eternity of evolving thoughts.
