BalloonA Poem by Olivia F. BTie two and two together. then just tie your mind.Like a breeze after tropical crashes, a heavy thread in size, trekking through misty mornings in fog, like string i rise. I am strength, woven in the very darkness, too thin, not hearkened nor seen, glued to the very rubbery round, stubburn air blown screams. Like trash, I gag on your very words, that attempt to strengthen your lies, Oh sweetie, don't slice me with your pitiful envy, cause' like every string I'll rise. On the beating hearts of orchestra strings I'll rise and move and glide, to the lace of every sweaty athlete shoes, I'll leap. Like string, I'll rise. I swim in the accents of fragile silk, my voice I catch them by, like natures own beautiful cocoon, they make before they fly. Like string, I rose, I danced, I dreamt, I flew when strong winds blew i reflected the colors of my own balloon and soared through yellow hues. So darling, I learned, don't trip on your feet, to impress, there'll be no prize. be yourself, please, just trust me on this, cause in fog, like string you'll rise. © 2015 Olivia F. BAuthor's Note
