Down the aisle ..

though only in my dreams ...

               the eyelids flutter as they slowly give way
               to the dreams still clenched , evermore meant to stay.

              unfurling her silks she reaches out to me
               cute eyelids darkened with kohl, i can vividly see.

              holding hands, towards the aisle we promenade
               time stops, for this moment in a pearl brocade...

This is beautiful. I've had the opportunity to observe how much planning, time and effort goes into weddings. Despite all that, the greatest moments are the small, quiet, loving ones.
