It's not Good bye ...

Love stays forever .. people may move on but two loving souls never bid each other good bye .

Till in silent prayers i continue to pray
for something that i can't say
Till the clothes hue the dye
It's not goodbye .

Till i get to gaze fondly at thy sweet face
and fold thee in my faint embrace
Till the rivers don't run dry
It's not goodbye .

Till the night i get to be near you to keep
draw away thy pain and let my heart weep
Till i finally shut-eye
It's not goodbye .

Till my heart considers you his own
though no affection is displayed or shown
Till thy name makes me turn shy
It's not goodbye .

Till the moon basks in the glory of the night
making the sea ebb in its light
Till the Almighty doesn't turn wry
It's not goodbye .

Till the memories of our love remain
even if out of my life there ain't anything left to gain
Till my spirit buckles up to give another try
It's not goodbye ...

Lovely poem...love is compared to so many beautiful things...but all are so inadequate in describing it...it's that special...indescribable actually, although we try...
I notice once in a while you tuck in a "thy" instead of "your". One is contemporary...the other is old English...Shakespearian, perhaps...I wonder if you might want to be consistent with this...one way or the other...tiny anomaly I noticed...
Last stanza...perhaps replace "...there ain't anything left to gain" with "there's naught to gain"...
the poem is great...the sentiments tender...I think every comment has that in common...
