A delusive hope that just keeps me going

 










someday

the misty winds
the soulful songs
the priceless words
will remind you of us.

someday
the black coffee
the chance movie
the sweet smile
will give you a cue that he did lack guile.

someday
the chocolate cake
the embellished candle
the warm hug
will insinuate that he wasn't smug.

someday
the red rose
the sentimental prose
the musical opera show
will make you reminisce that he was your friend ,not foe.

someday
the recondite pain
the behaviour insane
the imminent distress that will lurk
will hint at him ;he who was left in the murk.

someday
the blood billowing
the heart echoing
the mannerisms and devotion of lovers to their creed
will let you know why he couldn't stand in good stead.

someday
the final call
the ultimate stall
the urge to come forward and see
will bring you back to me.

someday
the heavens gate
the angels of fate
the set up for a perfect date
will surely be for us , soulmates.

you're blessed to have a soul mate...and cursed to be apart...that is a painful thing...a true soulmate is rare...one who makes you feel that the universe is perfectly aligned...that everything makes sense...she is gone and you must be in a world of hurt...if you are true soulmates, you WILL meet again...either in this world or the next...
