Angel's WingsA Poem by GuardianThis was a poem inspired after my mother's death. I hope you like it.
Angel’s Wings Soft beating like a drifting cloud, Angel’s wings aloft among the sky. A face, smiling and kind. Glowing with the radiance of a thousand stars. Soft beating like whispers of wind, Angel’s wings aloft among the sky. Watcher’s eyes, as green meadow grass. Ever vigilant through the lives of man. Soft beating like the rustling of leaves, Angel’s wings aloft among the sky. Reaching hands, soft as a melody. Healing the aches of the heart. Soft beating like the gurgling of a stream. Angel’s wings aloft among the sky. Calm embrace, peaceful and filled with love. Nurturing a new-born child. Soft beating like birdsong, Angel’s wings aloft among the sky. Harmonious voice, weaving a melody of joy. Bringing tears to the eyes of the soul. Soft beating like the rising of the moon, Angel’s wings aloft among the sky. Angel’s wings, forever in the depths of my heart.
