The Sad Superhero

A superhero has dangerously sad tears.

There lives a sad superhero in a universe where nothing needs saving. He stands on a mountain top with a limp cape and looks down upon a land that is riddled with peace. Tears fall down his iron cheeks, down his mighty pecs, down his bulging thighs and tender calves, off his shiny boots and onto the ground. Unknowingly to the superhero, his tears are indestructible, and so powerful that they begin to slowly trickle down the mountain like ball-bearings that weigh 10,000 tonnes, getting bigger and bigger and gaining more and more momentum until the ground levels out and like a tidal wave the super-tears barrel into the city and the surrounding towns and villages, destroying everything in sight. The superhero's cape stiffens, his eyes become bright with determination and lasers once again. Finally, he is no longer unemployed.
