Lord of the Rings inspired. Before the dark ages set in. First and last of my non-dark work.

Sleep, oh sleep, sleep, my dear,

Sleep now, for tomorrow it will all be clear.

Even if for now, your mind you cannot make,

Tomorrow is a new day for you to take.

In the glistening rays of the merry sun,

All the darkness shall be outrun.

As the night gently dawns,

And the anchor slowly falls.

So that in the dark we may not be swayed,

By the terrible and strong winds that blow past late.

For in the middle of the fiery storm,

We may sleep all like a newborn,

Calm in his blanket so warm.

Rest now your weary minds,

So that tomorrow new knots you may unwind.
