A Poem by Greg Kousoulis
"

"

Not living for you, but through you

Tethered from worn seams

When you break, I fix

When you heal, I flee

Shambled knees kneeling kindly at your alter

Faithless prayers spoken at deaf ears

When I’m killing myself

Am I a prisoner

While there’s no restraints

Only in suffering

Am I closest to you
