Oh DearA Poem by Greg RyanA poem I wrote purely to play with words and give the feeling of a passing thought developing into a rantNote: To be read with increasing speed and rhythm Oh Dear… Pretending probably won’t work anymore… The Pale The Proven The palindromic subtleties of reality seducing reason and the reasons reality gives; nostalgic’s too narcotic for a person who’s lethargic to the point where words are rotting and there’s seven reasons not to - maybe twenty maybe seventy, my hyperbolic tendencies have certain strange dependencies on many small discrepancies like fool and fast fallacious fodder fuming from my mind. To start another sentence is both dangerous and kind. So I’ll stop. © 2011 Greg RyanReviews
