A Poem by Megan Lynn Tocci
"

"We're unsatisfied in silence."

"
We all move
from distraction to
distraction without ceasing
and we call this "happiness."

It's only when the chaos ends,
the lights flick off,
the curtains close --
that we begin to
doubt and
hurt and
fight.

We're unsatisfied in silence.

I have been waiting hard for us to realize it...that we are moving from distraction to distraction and that one day we will be curved up in another illusion (we already have one - life) and this will simply ruin us...one day when we won't talk to our loved ones and just self..very relevant work :)
