The Other Woman

The Other Woman

A Poem by M.K. Jawdat
"

Hey it's just poetry, nothing personal :-p

"
She loves it so much, her little trick,
Of touching his heart with her priceless smile,
pretence of negligence in her serene manners,
Careful to let love reflect
In every quick gaze and
Many nonchalantly spoken words,
Writing on the paper of his mind,
'I care', with every casually sent text message,
With everything she says, does and wears,
Everything she becomes,
To let a silent ticking start inside him,
To say to him without speaking,
'I am better than your wife'.
