I Was Plenty Fine

I Was Plenty Fine

A Poem by Cecilia
"

Not knowing what she looked like

"

I was plenty fine not knowing what she looked like
I always had the most perfect picture of her,
She had long dark hair, she was tall, perfectly skinny, and didn't wear too much make up,
She had a soft smile and gentle face, which she used to her advantage,
You say you don't love her,
You say you don't want her,
You say you don't need her,
But you did a few years ago,
You don't have the pain of bearing this imagination,
Every time i close my eyes i saw what could have been,
I saw what was,
I see everything,
I see you lying her down in a heated moment,
Quickly undressing her,
Kissing her passionately all over her body,
And i see you entering her,
I know what she did to you and i know what she didn't do for you,
I get to kiss the same lips as she did,
I get to touch the same body as she did,
I get to cry over you, like she did.
Last night, i' saw her,
She has short dark hair, she was slightly short, but the cute kind, the kind of skinny that a real girl is, the kind you would like, and a little bit of make up,
She had soft smile and gentle face, her braces only added,
I was perfectly fine not knowing what she looked like,
Because now, you can only imagine how my imagination is pleading.
