From that day on, the lion never left the little mouse alone, no matter how much she wanted it. But in some ways he was comforting. He always helped her with whatever she asked, even when he helped another mouse. She was not little, and they did not get along. The two mice had problems with each other, they hated each other, but really only because they were competing over the lion. The lion started to favor the little mouse over the evil mouse and she could not stand that. She commanded the lion to dispose of the sweet sad little mouse. And he tried.
He went to the little mouse and bit her, he tried very hard to do as the evil mouse asked, but he couldn't, while he loved the evil mouse, he cared for the little mouse, he knew it was wrong. He bit her, and while the little mouse bled a lot she didn't die. For a while the lion wouldn't talk to her or come and see her. It made her very sad. She didn't understand why the lion who promised her so many times he wouldn't hurt her would do such a terrible thing.
A while passed until one day the lion returned. The little mouse was very confused and angry, for she had become very very bitter. The lion tried very hard to tell the little mouse he was sorry and didn't mean to hurt her, that it was just orders and he knows it was wrong but the little mouse did not want to hear it! She was mad! She wasn't even scared, but mad!
Months passed and slowly the lion came into realization that the little mouse was better than the evil mouse. But this did not come easy. She evil mouse threatened to kill herself after doing terrible things to her body, the lion was slowly wearing out, and after he watched the little mouse cry so much and beg for his love, he slowly realized that the evil mouse was not worth the fuss. He ultimately realized she was evil.
And he one the little mouse back, and she was terribly scared the same thing was going to happen, but no, he spent more and more time with the little mouse, she wanted him around, she treated him well, she helped him get a giant thorn out of his paw. He fell deeply in love with the little mouse and went to destroy the evil mouse. The source of all their problems, was now a dead carcass he spit out, just a memory. And everyone was happier that way.
And the sad little mouse was no longer a sad little mouse, but an overjoyed little mouse. And the lion loved her deeply. They lived happily ever after.
The End.
