Springtown Road, Maybe

Springtown Road, Maybe

A Poem by grease monkey

I went to that secret place on Springtown Road…the place where the hippie women go, the ones who don’t shave under their arms. And there’s an old rusted iron railroad bridge where they climb naked to the top of the rusty beams and dive into the deep pool below. And swim to the bottom, white asses shining up through the water, like they were looking for pearls. I went there today on my motorcycle…or maybe not.
