Springs Return

Springs Return

A Poem by grayhaven

Springs Return

Spring is slowly returning

With the warmth of the sun

And the world is renewing

As winters hold comes undone

New nests are being built

As birds sing as in jubilation

They are happily preparing

For the next generation

Beautiful colored flowers

Sway as if in a dance

Gentle breezes move them

Sending forth their fragrance

Bees gathering in the yard

So bright and so sunny

The pollen for their Queen

To make this seasons honey

Yes, spring is returning

With the warmth of the sun

As God’s promise is renewed

And winters hold is undone
