Regardless The CostA Poem by grayday104without love and fear
I'm going to tell you a tale that's hard to hear
A reenactment of my life One without love and fear A blind man's code of wrong and right this isn't law but my tireless fight I don't suffer in silence I sink the ship When I've had enough and sick of the sh!t Gonna bring em down a peg or two Have them begging for mercy before I'm through I'll stand my ground and won't relent My resolve shall never be bent! I am Rodin's thinker the man in the box Punish sins regardless the cost Tit for tat I'll fire one back Haunting your nights as the man in black I'm just a tin man who's heart never came Clink clink at the chambers of this cold cage No heart, no love, no reason to fear Bathing in bourbon and drowning my tears I've been a bogey b*****d of the night Hunting my foes that have till light I've been a monster peril of men Escaping my woes that I dump here in pen I discard my woes in fantasy To escape the blight of humanity © 2013 grayday104Author's Note
