Too Far From Nice.

Too Far From Nice.

A Poem by Rachel DeHart

I am never too far from nice,

but at this point my

patience is barely making it.

because you have no idea

how much i hate to see that hurt

[your hurt]                          in his eyes,

to see him want nothing more

than for you to survive,

yet you’re sucking him dry.

it is far and few between,

that I ever let my tempter

get the best of me.

the limits are being tested

pushing hard against the self

control I thought i had reined in better.

i need to just

                                declare

that i am angry. so there it is.

i am furious, and this

is a thin line for you to be

walking.

now take a step back

and look at what you’re doing

                                to him.

I can't believe I forgot to review this back when you put it up...

But, as I've stated before, I really like it!

I love this:
"i need to just
declare
that i am angry. so there it is.
i am furious, and this
is a thin line for you to be
walking."

Very good :]
