Butterfly Effect

Butterfly Effect

A Poem by Rachel DeHart

you send tidal waves

           through my day

                           [my life]

                with just your breathing

with your smile

                your glance

                                my heart leaps

           bounds

                           catapults

on my worst days

       you always

                [manage]

                                to catch

                      me.

           with a text

                                a single thing

           to slow me down

                stop the process

                                of me tearing

myself

           A

                                           P

                                       A

                    R

                           T.

I am not sure how I feel about this exactly. A friend of mine kinda of inspired the layout, though I don't think I use it nearly as well.
I also dont know how I feel about the content or the wording. Heck, I dont even think I like this poem. But out of all of the stuff I've written the past few days, its the only thing I think is good enough to post. Let me know what you think.

I love the layout! Especially the ending "apart"
