Detecive West leasves his commissioner’s office and goes to sit at his desk then props himself to type on an old fashion type writer the type writer clings as the report is beginning to be written soon West’s voice begins to narrate while he types. “The Moon Light Case final report by Detective J. West, it all happened a week ago during Mr. Ballard’s Halloween ball…” As the voice narrates high class ball music starts, and the image of silhouettes bath in the in the ball rooms light, the silhouettes become more detailed as they become women wearing fancy yet beautiful silk gowns, the men in their thick slender tuxes. They all dance and dance will take part in the festivities, while old Mr. M. Ballard runs the upper corridors his feet giving way to his age. A shadowy silhouette following him with the sound of its foot steps going “tip, tap” but Mr. Ballard could only hear the sound of his frantic heart. Mr. Ballard continues running down the old grimly lit corridor thinking every second his last, the silhouette at every turn Mr. Ballard could only go to the tower which over looked the ball room. He ran like a frantic mad man to the door of the tower and as he ran through it he slowed only to just in time stop, before plummeting to his death. The silhouette walks into the door way, Mr. Ballard’s face going pale and frantic the face of a terrified old man about to meet the icy embrace of death. The silhouette attacked Mr. Ballard, and with the last of his strength Mr. Ballard could only muster a cry of unspeakable horror the party froze at the sound of the ghastly cry but for a while nothing then Mr. Ballard’s bloody corpse came down from the tower falling through the glass window on the roof, the site drove children mad the woman hauled in ear shattering screams. The men tending to their children and wives leaving Mr. Ballard’s butler Aldo to phone the police, within minutes the sounds of police sirens sounded like a sea of noise. The came in bunches to Mr. Ballard’s castle like mansion for the late Mr. Ballard had meet an untimely end.
