Nevermore

Nevermore will I see your face

And nevermore will I see your smile

All I feel now is pain

I am like a lost child

 

You hurt the depths of my soul

And tore my heart to pieces

You took my love and threw it away

And now my existence ceases

 

You were once my everything

You were once my world

But you never felt the same

And the truth started to unfurl

 

You said you would never leave

And that you would never make me cry

I now know that everything you said to me

Was a complete and total lie

 

Nevermore will I be with you

And nevermore will you be my friend

Goodbye to you forever, my love

For this is the end
