Made For Safety

Made For Safety

A Poem by Grace
"

nyyyyaaaannnnnnn ^________^

"

Deadly are the spiderweb of lies

Spun from truth but coated in malice

Disguised as a joke,a game

But spite and jest are one and the same

I never meant to try so hard

Didnt think i would get this far

And unexpected twist of fate

turned love to disgust and finally hate

I sit here now the way i am

Ten times worse than former facade

Bare and alone and wondering still

If being myself will send me to Hell.

^^
I really like that last stanza.
Especially the last two lines.
They hold semblence of the truth.
Would some of us go to hell for just being ourselvess?
I really liked that.

It got me all philosophical.
