A Poem by gr8naynay

Every time my love betrays me;
Every day my lack delays me;
Another loney night awaits me,
And the brilliant sunrire humiliates me.

Why do I share these foolish things?
All my petty wishes and hopess dreams?
I am love's puppet, and he my wings,
Yet when I declare it he cuts my strings.

Every time my love berays me,

I am she with which others compare.
I have it all and I am not theirs.
I want so badly to know what I lack
so I can step forward instead of step back,

Every day my lack delays me.

These strong arms that hold me so tight
are a slick imagination consoling me at night.
I just wish loney would stop following me.
Doesn't she have some other place she needs to be?

Another loney night awaits me.

Morning is coming, the sky dark blue,
but as the sun rises, how she changes its hue!
Is it so hard to stop picking on me?
I'm aware I'm not nearly as brilliant as she.

Oh the colorful sunrise humiliates me.
