Tvolve Plant a garden at your home. Many people are shocked that working a garden requires a lot of hard work. It involves weeding, digging and squatting a lot. Gardening is among numerous activities you can do from your house to stay in shape.

 

Join an exercise and fitness club to help stay motivated. You will feel very guilty about spending the money if you do not use the club, which will cause you to attend rather than skip out on it. This might not work for all people, and certainly should not be something that someone should do if they are having financial difficulty.

 

Keep a record of the workouts you do each day. Keep detailed records of your workouts, including any incidental exercise you did during the day. Purchase a pedometer, which can keep track of each step you take daily and be sure to include that data as well. Maintaining your fitness information in writing assists you in keeping track of your goals.
