The Morning Ambush

The Morning Ambush

A Poem by Damon Favreau
"

I was randomly inspired to write this while half asleep at 2 am. I love it.

"

Slowly taking his pose

With his middle finger on the trigger,

An unwavering breath

With his nose against the string.

A shot that his foes

Would take the extra time to linger;

A really simple death

From a quick and whistling sting.

Wow, a bit confusing, but I like it.
