27.Fear brakeA Poem by palIn fear one's eyes widen; The pupils dilate; The upper lip rises; The brows draw together; Muscles tighten; Perspiration occurs; Heartbeat increase; Body may freeze up; Adrenaline pumped out.
Fear brake A reaction instinct Built-in mechanism Switches on for survival Sensing near danger or pain In fear one's eyes widen The pupils dilate The upper lip rises The brows draw together Muscles tighten Perspiration occurs Heartbeat increase Body may freeze up Adrenaline pumped out Fear of heights, of spiders Of open spaces, of confined spaces Of the sea, of sinning
Fear a wild horse like Need a strong reign When mind buckles down End up fear psychosis-phobia Fear matter of mind as courage Courage isn’t absence of fear But judgment something else More important than fear Conquering fear wisdom begins Fear a darkroom negatives harbour Fear tax conscience pays to guilt Fear that robs mind its powers Fear is projection of mind Something not happened yet Past painful incident might repeat Cherished pleasure might not
Delusions, like selfishness Attachment and anger Arise from ignorance Fear cause is also ignorance When fear take over completely Make one 'freeze' and helpless Life become difficult Illogical projections rule over For some fear is fun Like riding a roller coaster Just a free fall bungee-jumping An adrenaline-rush drug like What ever fear is It’s like brake in a car Use it sparingly, need to move Have courage gas pedal to use Pal
