Why I am here!

Who am I!

Why I am here!

What I do here!

Where I am going!

Many left perplexed

When some one asks

Your purpose please!

Sigh! My god! Who knows!!

Classic questions

everyone muses over

Few struggle lives

Finding answers

Some give up looking

Caught up in routines

Others get to the roots

Discover their worth

Many know clear

Why are they here

For their loved ones

Mother, love or child

Some feel its money

Others say it happiness

Few are for all Humans,

 Pets and nature

Whatever be you search

Answers are always within

Only in great distress

You move in there

Search with mind open

Know you are not alone

Part of something

Stronger and powerful

You are a link

Like others are

In a cosmic chain

Make or break Ego decides

While drawing its own

Each link gives strength

To others in link with

A symbol of co-existence

Awareness of self

Half the battle

Few hops more end with

“Awareness peak”

Very cool and thought provoking!

Your purpose please!
Sigh! My god! Who knows!!

I pictured standing at Heaven's Gate and being asked that! Either that or a busy airport! I cracked up.

Unfortunately this seems to be me...

Some give up looking
Caught up in routines...

Great job.

very nice interpretion of the question to Why am I here? You did good, I like your style too, its straight and to the point. I would like to ask if there is a meaning to the color code? I think there may be an underlying meaning, I just dont see it yet...

great poem. you are so philosophically minded-- i love it. this is a very grounding poem for me. i smiled becuase i feel like i'm one of the few "for Humans, Pets and Nature." yay! you say some pretty in depth ideas in this, but you also keep it light. nice.

I think you have the making of a really good piece here. One thing I would say is tweak the title a little bit to read more powerfully but again, you're on a good path with this. There is definitely some feeling to it.

Oh yes Pal, this was great. Asking the age old question many may never find the answer too. Yet you have written this so beautifully, I am sure many will find another way to look at those questions, specially with some of your views here

Search with mind open
Know you are not alone

Stronger and powerful

I must applaud you on a brilliantly thought provoking piece, I loved it!

I often wonder if our purpose is to enjoy the ride... if there is a God, he/she spend alot of time setting upt his show. Perhaps we are meant to watch the show, instead of wondering what part we are meant to play.

If there is a God, I suspect he/she will let us know our parts in due time. If there isn't, well, then there's no use in going crazy wondering.

I like the poem...

You have strong messages that you share, Pal. Excellent poem but even more striking when vizualized...

Very good, I think you've summed it up, getting everything important in our lives into one poem.
Family.
Friends.
There it is. Everything else is just... life.
