Written for a friend going through hard times...

I won't let you fall.

I won't let you break.

I'll keep you together.

And I'll keep me together.

I'll try to keep us in tact.

I'll be the glue we need.

As long as I can.

I'll try with everything I have.

I don't want you to fall away.

And I don't want you to fall for me.

But I won't let you hurt you.

And I won't let me hurt you.

You don't need to hurt anymore.

You just need a reason.

And if you have to make me your reason.

Then I can do that.

I can be your reason if you need me to.

But I can't let you fall for me.

Because I won't be there to fall back.

I'll be your safety net from everything else.

I'll be there.

When you need me,

I'll be there.

I'll be your reminder that someone cares.

I'll be your reminder that you'll be ok.

Find a reason.

Any other reason.

If that's me.

Then ok.

I'll be that if you need me to.

I'll be your reason.
