Plastic people. Inspired by Mean Girls and a couple people I know.

Plastic

I see your face, I see your heels, walking around the place.
I see the wall, I see the paint, caked up upon your face.

I see the walk, I see the smile; here and there a swirl.
I see the men, swooning around you, you little cunning girl.

I see the hair, I see your lips, how many boys have you kissed?
More than as many men on earth, will ever come to exist.

Your eyes are pretty, are they real? No fixing them up, right?
Your nose is nice, is that real? Look at it’s great height.

You had a boy? You need one now? Do you feel alone?
Do you feel mad? You’re lonely now, you were never on the throne.

I love the way you talk so nice, but of course you aren’t being fake.
One little rumour, the anxiety gets to you, how little does it take.

Don’t worry, your servant is there for you, he agrees with everything you say.
You’ve messed him up and controlled him mad, such a power, you display.

Your life is so dramatic, and your measures are so drastic.
I can only say you are one thing, and that one thing is plastic

Words speak. Actions speak louder than poems. Poems convey those actions. I think poems are the best way to express one's self; at least for me it is. The beautiful flow of rhymes and sincerity within.. more..
