Insanity between Water, Earth and Sky

He never asked to part any oceans, but stood waiting by the side

gazing out, from the shores,

pleading with you to let him swim closer�"

even if he must drown to glimpse reflection of water droplets on your bare shoulders.

 

And you let him, one day.

you watched him swim closer, head dipping in and out of the waters surrounding you�"

but the waves consumed him,

And you lay back down on the edge of your stone�"

facing a burning star

that looked darker and dimmer than the shadows it cast.
