The Perfect Kiss

This is written for someone very special. Although I know it probably won't, I wish with all my heart that this will happen some day.

I lay next to you,

My eyes locked with yours.

 

You gaze down at me,

Your hand gently stroking my hair.

 

“You’re beautiful.” You tell me.

Your voice is as soft and gentle as a light spring breeze.

 

I blush,

A warm pink color spreads across my face.

 

“I adore it when you blush.” You say,

Moving your hand to caress my cheek.

 

I place my hand over yours,

Letting the feeling of your warmth seep into my skin.

 

“You’re perfect.” I tell you.

“I love you.”

 

“I love you too my angel.” You reply.

I want to stay like this forever.

 

You lean down slowly,

I close my eyes.

 

My heart speeds up, pounding against my chest like a trapped bird.

I feel your amazing, soft lips come in contact with mine.

 

I am flying.

You make me feel a way no one has before.

 

It is an amazing, entrancing, intoxicating feeling.

I feel safe, warm, protected, loved.

 

I kiss you back,

I never want this kiss to end.

 

As you pull away,

I open my eyes.

 

I gaze into your wonderful hazel eyes,

A wide smile taking over my face.

 

You smile back at me,

And in this moment everything in the world seems right.

 

I love you and you love me and everything will be okay.

I love you my treasure.

I love you.

You are amazing.

It's a beautiful poem, jealously aware of how gorgeous the company in the poem is, and after reading the quote from your profile page......
