A Chapter by Ash Morgrimm

On a dead planet there was life. The gods had forgotten this planet but the occupants had not forgotten them. They are called the Re. They live by their own laws and customs peacefully and with out interference form the powers that be. But not all the gods had forgotten this place. This is a good thing because from this planet will spawn a new breed of god that will, in time, destroy all other uncaring gods. But that tame is yet to be and there is still time for them to frolic in their arrogance. Only one goddess of the old world will float between the two opposing sides. She is traveling to this dead planet with one goal in mind. She will bring her old world to an end, but she cannot do it alone. Her loving family is dead and only the soul of her beloved sister is in her hands. It’s the key to her new life. The doorway to her true love and to the great shifting of the heavens.

This unnamed goddess travels through the stars and comes upon the dead planet forgotten by her people. There she sets her sisters soul. She plants her in the fertile soil that is hidden under the snowy mask of everlasting winter. Some day she will return. She will carry her sister away from this planet to another safer one. As the goddess leaves the planet she can feel the change within its heart. She made a mistake. It cannot hold her beloved sister. The goddess goes back and takes her sister who is now reborn in the body of the Re that inhabit the cold planet. Together they search the stars for another planet that will be safe for them to hide. Safe from the goddess’s hateful family who wish every day for her death.

It’s a hidden planet. Full of strange life that will allow the young sisters skills to hide easily. The goddess finds a pack of wolves and implants in their memory of her sister’s birth and leaves her there with them. To grow, to learn, to find her skills and refine them to levels she had in her previous life. The goddess leaves her sister there and travels back to her home. What happens to the goddess is unknown. For this story is about the sister. Her life is not easy nor is it true. That is why it is called a legend. Because she is known far and wide and no one can hold a solid fact about her. Except for one. The color of her hair. Thus becomes her name.
